I am a Graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City. In the past I have worked in conjunction with Physical Therapists in a rehabilitation setting providing medical massage.  In my private practice, I offer an individually tailored approach to each session. The sessions can range from relaxation massage to specific therapeutic/medical massage. All massage session involve discussion and open communication to help craft your perfect massage experience.

I hold Massage Licenses in both New York and Maine.

I believe that receiving massage is one of the best things we can do for our bodies.  I love the changes that I can observer in a person from the beginning of the the session to the end.  I enjoy being a facilitator in the process that assists a person to find their "Flow."

I currently live in Downeast Maine with my husband, a dog and 2 cats.  I love to hike, bike and explore the beautiful area that I call home. I enjoy reading, movies and trying to grow my garden.
